Therapylogic Physio-Active Clinic Limited is insured with a variety of companies including Bupa, Cigna, AXA, PPP, Simply Health, HSA, Benenden, Pru-health, Aviva, Standard Life and many others.
We can also prepare medico-legal reports based on your assessment and provide a service to the medico-legal road traffic accident and personal injury clients.
While we provide services to the clients insured with most insurance companies, the level of cover offered by companies to the clients differs vastly. Therefore if you have private medical insurance cover, you need to clarify with your insurance cover provider about the level of cover and the process. In most circumstances, we can invoice the companies directly, however we would require your membership number and the claim authorisation number (if applicable) before we proceed. In all circumstances, the responsibility of payment lies with the client if the insurance company or third party guarantor fails to pay us for any reason. Please contact us now for further details.

Our professional physiotherapists have extensive experience in working for NHS hospitals and community centres. Our in-depth knowledge and skills help us understand the needs of patients and provide them suitable treatments.
Sanjay Malik
BSC, MCSP, MSOM, MBA Consultant Physiotherapist/Clinic director/Senior Supervisor
Mr Malik is our most experienced member of our staff. He has worked with a number of NHS hospitals and has served inpatient orthopaedics, general medical, general surgical, rheumatology and neuro-musculoskeletal outpatients.
Over the last 10 years, Mr Malik has worked as a superintendent departmental manager in many hospitals and as a clinical specialist/extended scope practitioner.
He also works with a number of high profile consultants. He prides himself on making detailed medical notes about the patients’ conditions and applying clinical knowledge based on a thorough assessment. He has also undertaken courses and training to enhance his skills; these include Mckenzie techniques, orthopaedic medicine, acupuncture, relaxation, counselling and combined movements approaches.
